By accessing or using the Arovya Labs Pvt. Ltd. website (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. This document constitutes a legal agreement between you (“you,” “User”) and Arovya Labs Pvt. Ltd. (“Arovya Labs,” “we,” “our,” “us”). This is an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000, and no physical signature is required. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site. Your use of the Site confirms that you accept and will comply with all provisions below.

Informational Use Only (Medical Disclaimer)

The content on this Site is for general informational and educational purposes only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. For example, as one medical provider notes, a site’s information “should not be used to replace the relationship that exists between you and your healthcare provider”. Unless otherwise indicated, Arovya Labs owns all right, title and interest in the Site content. You may view, download (for caching), and print content for your personal, non-commercial use only. No other use is permitted without Arovya Labs’s prior written consent. In particular, you may not copy, modify, distribute, publish, sell, lease, loan, or create derivative works from any content on the Site. As one site’s terms make clear: “No material from the Site may be copied, modified, reproduced, republished, uploaded, transmitted, posted or distributed in any form without prior written permission”. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

 

Arovya Labs® and other Arovya Labs logos and product names are registered trademarks of Arovya Labs Pvt. Ltd. You may not use our trademarks or logo without our written permission. Unauthorized use of any proprietary material may violate copyright, trademark, or other laws.

Product Information & Availability

We strive to keep our product descriptions, specifications, and availability information accurate and up to date. However, we do not guarantee that all content is error-free, complete, or current. Any products, prototypes, concepts or technologies described on this Site are for illustrative purposes. Such products may not yet be approved by regulatory authorities (for example, by the Indian CDSCO or other agencies), and may be subject to change, modification, or discontinuation. Acceptable Use and User Conduct

You agree to use the Site only for lawful and authorized purposes. You shall not:

  • Violate any laws or regulations (Indian or international) in your use of the Site.

  • Interfere with or disrupt the security, performance or functionality of the Site or the servers/networks connected to it.

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its related systems.

  • Upload, post, email or transmit any material that contains viruses, malware, or other harmful code.

  • Engage in any activity that could harm Arovya Labs or any third party, including hacking, phishing, fraud, or harassment.

  • Use the Site in a manner that infringes the rights (including intellectual property or privacy) of others.

We reserve the right to investigate and take legal action against anyone who violates these terms, including removing or blocking content and cooperating with law enforcement.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

No Warranty. The Site and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Arovya Labs expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We do not guarantee that the content is accurate, complete, current or reliable. For example, one set of terms states: “Neither we nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the information… offered on this website… We expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law”. You acknowledge that any reliance on the Site’s content is at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL AROVYA LABS OR ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES OR PARTNERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE. This includes (without limitation) any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, such as loss of profits, business interruption, data loss, personal injury or any other damages or losses, even if Arovya Labs knew or should have known of the possibility of such damages. For example, similar terms provide: “In no event shall [the company] be liable for damages of any kind…including, but not limited to, damages for lost profits… arising out of the use of or inability to use [the] Site”. Our liability to you for any cause of action arising under these Terms will not exceed the amount paid, if any, by you to Arovya Labs for access to the Site or products.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Arovya Labs and its officers, directors, employees and affiliates from any claim, demand, loss, liability, damages or expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of or related to: (i) your breach of these Terms; (ii) your use or misuse of the Site; (iii) your violation of any law or the rights of any third party (including intellectual property or privacy rights); or (iv) any content or information you post on or transmit through the Site. As one example clause states: “You shall indemnify and hold harmless [the company], its affiliates…and their respective officers, directors, agents, and employees, from any claim… arising out of your violation of these Terms… or the rights… of a third party”. This indemnity obligation survives termination of your use of the Site.

Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use and protect your personal information. Please review the Privacy Policy to understand how we handle your data. By using the Site, you consent to the practices described in our Privacy Policy.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and your use of the Site shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka, India. By using the Site, you irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. (This choice of law and venue does not exclude your rights to seek relief in another forum if required by applicable law.)

Changes to Terms

We may revise or update these Terms at any time, without prior notice, by posting the updated version on this page. Any changes take effect immediately when posted. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms. If any provision hereof is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
